Age Requirement for Selling

Unsupervised: 21 years old. Individuals aged 16 or older may sell beer in an off-premise licensed establishment only under direct supervision by someone 21 years or older, who has also received training.

Accepted Forms of Identification

Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driver's license, valid state ID, valid military ID with a photo, valid passport, or passport card. IDs must have an unexpired photograph and show no evidence of tampering. A driving privilege card is NOT acceptable as proof of age for purchasing or serving alcoholic beverages. Alien ID cards are also NOT accepted as proof of identity for alcohol purchases. Identification must be carried by the individual only if their age is questioned by the server/retailer.
